Michel Cloosterman
Michel Cloosterman, an internationally recognised trainer and facilitator of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method, is the founder of Bricks and Business, an established international training institute. Since 2011, he has been deeply involved with the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method, successfully introducing it in the Netherlands and beyond. By 2016, Michel expanded his organisation into the European market, establishing LSP communities in multiple countries.
With over 150 trainings and 200 client-based workshops across Europe, Michel has extensive experience in team development, innovation, and service design. His work is characterised by a calming yet inspiring presence, motivating people to discover and develop their potential.
Michel is also the founder of LSP Publisher BV, which publishes the LSP Magazine as well as books and other materials related to the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method.
Matthias Renner
Matthias Renner, with an extensive background in high-end hospitality and gastronomy, a degree in Media Informatics, and international IT consulting, as well as qualifications as a coach and mediator, discovered his passion for the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method. Since being certified by Robert Rasmussen, one of the developers of the method, in 2016, he has focused on applying it in various fields.
Matthias conducts workshops worldwide across different industries – including for companies, organisations, NGOs, and the public sector – in English, French, and German. His main focus is on strategic applications and team development.
He is the co-author of the French book „La méthode LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®: Histoire, fondements et applications“ and the English book „Setting Goals with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®: A Proven Approach for Forward-Thinking Organizations.“ He is currently training to become a certified trainer under Per Kristiansen and Robert Rasmussen.
